Louis Monier and the Foundation guests on the podcast “We Artisans, Welcome to the Workshop”

The team behind the French podcast We Artisans, Bienvenue à l'atelier (Welcome to the Workshop) visited our winner of the first edition of the Âmes d’Œuvres Craft Competition in his workshop in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.

In this episode, Louis Monier recounts his career, the creation of his chair carpentry workshop, and talks about the materials and expertise used to bring ‘Artémis’, the winning piece in the competition, to life, while Raphaëlle Sabouraud, in charge of communications for the Foundation, explains the stages of the Fondation Etrillard's competition and how Louis was chosen as the winner.

This podcast was broadcast on the eve of the opening of the “Révélations Biennial”, a must-see arts and crafts fair at the Grand Palais (21-25 May 2025), where the Fondation Etrillard and Louis Monier exhibited ‘Artémis’ for the first time.
