The Fondation Etrillard and the Fondazione dell'Albero d'Oro have partnered with the ECAL (Ecole cantonale d'art de Lausanne) and the Swiss manufacturer ALCO to develop an ambitious research project on glass. This unique collaboration aims to create an encounter between the ancestral know-how of the glass artisans based in Murano and the creativity and innovative spirit of the students of the Master's degree in Design for Luxury & Craftsmanship at ECAL.

The works imagined by the students and produced by the master glassmakers will be presented at the Fondazione dell'Albero d'Oro next September, during the Venice Glass Week 2023.
The Etrillard Foundation is pleased to support the academic supervision of this research project led by Nicolas Le Moigne, head of the program at ECAL, and under the artistic direction of designer Ini Archibong.
