The Fondation Etrillard decided to support Ensemble Correspondances, directed by Sébastien Daucé, to record masterpieces unknown to the general public, such as Histoires Sacrées by Marc-Antoine Charpentier. These Histoires Sacrées are a synthesis of Italian and French styles, typical of the composer’s approach and their original feature in the 17-century Baroque landscape.
